Before offering the Prayer or before reciting "The HOLY QUR'AN" one must perform Ablution (Wudu')

When you recite "The HOLY QUR'AN"; recites it as if your LORD is Talking to you and Describing you about the Truth.

Translation of the HOLY QUR'AN - 113.Surat Al-Falaq (The Daybreak) - سورة الفلق

Surat Al-Falaq (The Daybreak) - سورة الفلق
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
[In the Name of ALLAH, the ENTIRELY MERCIFUL, the ESPECIALLY MERCIFUL]

113:1

قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ
Pronunciation
Qul aAAoothu birabbi alfalaq
Translation
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak
Tafsir al-Jalalayn
Say: ‘I seek refuge in the Lord of the Daybreak, the morning,
113:2

مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ
Pronunciation
Min sharri ma khalaq
Translation
From the evil of that which He created
Tafsir al-Jalalayn
from the evil of what He has created, of obligated animate beings and non-obligated ones and from all inanimates, such as poison and so on;
113:3

وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ
Pronunciation
Wamin sharri ghasiqin ithawaqab
Translation
And from the evil of darkness when it settles
Tafsir al-Jalalayn
and from the evil of darkness when it gathers, that is, [from] night when it becomes dark and the moon when it is absent,
113:4

وَمِن شَرِّ النَّفَّاثَاتِ فِي الْعُقَدِ
Pronunciation
Wamin sharri annaffathatifee alAAuqad
Translation
And from the evil of the blowers in knots
Tafsir al-Jalalayn
and from the evil of the women-blowers, sorceresses who blow, on knots, which they knot into strings, blowing into them [certain] words, but without spittle; however, al-Zamakhsharī says, ‘with this [spittle]’ — [sorceresses] such as the daughters of the said Labīd —
113:5

وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ
Pronunciation
Wamin sharri hasidin itha hasad
Translation
And from the evil of an envier when he envies."

and from the evil of an envier when he envies’, [when] he manifests his envy and behaves in accordance with it — such as the mentioned Labīd from among the Jews who were envious of the Prophet (s); the mention of these three [elements of evil] which are [already] subsumed by [the statement] ‘of what He has created’, is because of the severity of their evil.
